BIG RIB 12 hours

INGREDIENTS
- 3.5 pounds of rib;
- 3 tablespoons (soup) salt;
- 1 head of garlic, mashed.
PREPARATION
It’s a very easy
recipe, despite the long cooking time.
- Season the meat one day before
cooking. Make some cuts in the ribs and put salt and crushed garlic in.
- Before cooking, wrap the ribs
in six laps of foil. Close tightly. Bake at a temperature of approximately
180° for eight hours. Then remove the foil and leave for another 30 minutes to
brown the meat.
GOOD WITH
- Green salad
- Rice
- Mayonnaise
TIP
- Season the meat the day before, so the flavour will be
better.
